Looking for a consortium coordinator, condensation&polymerisation partner for bio-polymer, food packaging industrial partner

Tekkan Plastik, which was founded in 1989, is a leading company in Turkey in the field of plastic injection, plastic part production and assembly for household appliances and automotive sector. Tekkan also has available technology for design, production, and assembly of moulds. Plastic parts and moulds manufactured by Tekkan are used by Tier-1 manufacturers of mainly Koç Group companies such as Arçelik, Beko, LG, Fiat, Ford, TürkTraktör, Otokar, etc. Koç Group is one of the largest companies in Turkey with over 100.000 employees in many sectors such as automotive, finance, white goods, and energy. Its annual turnover is about €18,3 billion, which corresponds to about 10% of the Turkish economy. Currently, the total number of employees in Tekkan is 376 including white and blue collars. The R&D centre involves 27 researchers experienced in plastic and composite materials and innovative mould design. Tekkan is located in Kocaeli with an operating area of 26.000m2. Tekkan has ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 18001:2016, ISO 45001:2018, and IATF 16949:2016 certificates. The company has started the procedures for TSN9100 certification which is required for aviation, space and defence industries. Tekkan is an R&D center. There are 30 experts in their fields in the R&D center. It works on many national and international projects. Nowadays, its main focus is on recycling and energy management issues.

We are interested in topic 2.3.1-2023 (RIA) Assessing novel antimicrobial food packaging and coating materials to reduce food waste to improve safety in the Mediterranean food supply chain.

We would like to produce food packing by food waste with the consortium. We have fermentation and lab-pilot scale compounding, LCA, and ICT partners.

I am looking for partners in these roles; consortium coordinator, food packaging company, antimicrobial bio-based agent developer, and condensation and polymerization reaction partner (lab scale and pilot scale).
