Joining consortium related to sustainable wastewater management, increasing agri-food supply chain, and WEFE NEXUS solutions

A Center of Excellence in agricultural and environmental scientific research to achieve sustainable development. The center aims to invest the results of agricultural research whether locally derived or adopted from other sources to increase plant & animal production, enhancing its efficiency towards optimal and sustainable use of natural agricultural resources, serving the agricultural development goals to maintain the ecological balance. Additionally, the research team works with NARC partners to strengthen the center’s role as a national umbrella for agricultural research, to achieve sustainable resilient development, and optimal use of natural resources, and combine climate resilience building with other environmental sustainability goals such as ecological and biodiversity restoration and conservation

looking for partners to consortia with the following topics within the sections: Topic 1.1.1-2023 (IA) Integrated adaptive wastewater management plans in the Mediterranean region.; Topic 2.1.1-2023 (RIA) New governance models to define best practices for sustainable water management and conflict mitigation.; Topic 1.3.1-2023 (RIA) Increasing agri-food supply chain (cereal) resilience in the MENA region; Topic 1.4.1-2023 (IA) Accelerate adaptation and mitigation to climate change in the Mediterranean region by deploying WEFE nexus solutions.
