Our research group consisted of members who are internationally recognized for their interest in olive oil production, spectrophotometric and chromatographic analyses, functional constituents, antioxidant and antidiabetic activities of plant-based foods, recovery of micronutrients. Our team can support the preparation and submission of proposals.
