Participatory Development Solutions – ElMahrousa PDS” is a limited liability company established in 2011 registered and based in Egypt.
ElMahrousa PDS is a partner in two PRIMA projects; SURENEXUS and REACT4MED projects.
Our Organization is concerned with sustainable and inclusive development solutions for community social and Economic Empowerment and sustainable development solutions in water, food security, health and energy and the protection of environment in line with SDG 2030 goals. We strive to a sustainable development in each intervention we undertake, meanwhile focusing on the local community-driven development and the advancement of living conditions in local and poor vulnerable communities.
ElMahrousa PDS is working in the field of Research, Training & Education, and Project Management & Evaluation. We have accumulated experience in socioeconomic developments, impacts and evaluation; project dissemination, capacity building, entrepreneurship, development of policy solutions and innovative solutions in the agribusiness value chains and water management We have strong local outreach in Egypt as our projects cover almost 70 % of the Egyptian governorates and we have strong partnership network in the MENA region particularly in Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria.

We are experts in the field of communication, knowledge transfer and capacity building. We understand ourselves as transfer organizations, translating complex issues to decision makers on various levels. We are highly committed to environmental protection. Finally, we have lots of Management and Mediation skills and have experience in managing EU projects.

We can participate in the project in;
• Fostering local stakeholders’ cooperation in the identification of technical, policy and socioeconomic barriers.
• Socioeconomic Impact Assessment (SEIA) to the research and project deliverables and conduct the dissemination and awareness.
• development of policy solutions to environmental and societal challenges through arranging meeting with Civil society organization, experts and policy makers to come up with joint policy recommendations.
