Conservation of soil and endophitic microorganisms and their valorization against plant diseases

My research centre named CRSTRA (Centre for Scientific and Technical Research on Arid Regions, Biskra, Algeria), is a public research centre focused on Date palm and agriculture in arid regions, and also the biotic (plant diseases and pests) and abiotic (drought, salinity ...) affected the crops of the region. This research centre composed a many research department such as date palm cultivation, agro-food technology, Desertification, conservation and valorization of fauna-flora in arid regions, conservation of water-soil ressources and management and social economic development of oasis population.

This section of research is focused on research a beneficial soil microorganisms for thier using against plant pathogens. These microorganisms needs their confirmation by evaluation using biocontrol protocols (in vitro and in planta) to know tha capacity of antagonistic behaviour against this plant pathogens and the confirmation the mycorhizae presence in these rhizoshpere by isolation and identification the mycorhiza species (like glomus).
