I am looking to join a multidisciplinary team to submit a research project proposal around biosourced and intelligent packaging. Given my experience in the field, I will be able to contribute to the production and characterization of biopolymers from abandant agricultural substrates in Morocco, which constitute a real environmental problem in order to produce biosourced packaging. The integration of natural antimicrobial substances (essential oils in particular) will also be studied on the basis of the range of wild or cultivated Moroccan plants.
