We would like to join a Consortium (as partners) related to olive oil production, or to other kinds of edible oils and fats (or fatty foods like cheese, etc). We can offer our expertise in the study of main and minor lipid components by using non-targeted spectroscopic techniques, such as Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H NMR) or Solid Phase Microextraction followed by Gas Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry (SPME-GC/MS)
