We can offer our expertise in the study of main and minor lipid components by using non-targeted spectroscopic techniques, such as Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H NMR) or Solid Phase Microextraction followed by Gas Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry (SPME-GC/MS)
