Staff within our investigation group have extensive experience of working on national and international collaborative projects. Owing to its partnerships and close collaboration with others national academic institutions and agencies, Moroccan farmers, SMEs and the agro-industry sector, our group works together with a well-established network of partners both in the government and private sectors which represent a great asset particularly in data collection and ensuring stakeholder engagement for survey studies and demonstration. The team member’s technical expertise that covers various aspects of farming systems, healthy foods processing and their quality and authenticity control, sustainable Lifestyles, promoting Mediterranean diet throughout investigating Mediterranean food’s bioactive compounds and their health-promoting proprieties, and the valorisation of food by products.
