Mediterraneo Culinary has successfully collaborated with AXA to produce delicious food using a pea protein ingredient and offers an entomophagy course to the public, cooking with insects.
– Enabling the transition to healthy and sustainable dietary behaviour. Why are we a reliable partner for this topic? Because as a training centre from the Mediterranean we always promote the Mediterranean diet, one of the healthiest diets in the planet. We are aligned with the latest international policies such as the Farm to Fork strategy and the SDG objectives, promoting a healthy and sustainable cuisine.
