I am looking to join a consortium within Topic 1.3.1-2022 (IA) Alternative protein sources for the Mediterranean food value chain. From production, extraction, processing and marketing, to societal acceptance. I work notably on the use of microorganisms (bacteria and microalgae) as a value chains to valorize byproducts into food applications. I also work on innovative technologies (UV light, HHP and US) for extraction of value-added products.
