Our research group offers collaboration as project partner on the topic “Alternative protein sources”
We are interested in the Topic 1.3.1-2022 (IA). We offer a strong expertise in the field of food/feed analysis through “omic” approaches (proteomic, peptidomics and metabolomics analyses). We could contribute with analyses on raw materials or processed foods/feeds as well as with the analysis of the in vitro digestion of alternative proteins and derived products. This could help the understanding of the impact of the digestive process on the effects that the alternative proteins could have on health.
