Our working plan aims to conduct studies and apply research that emphasizes an integrated water resources management approach. The approach considers quantity and quality of resources, their spatial distribution, the interests of users in the different economic sectors, the institutional arrangements, and the formulation of national/regional/international objectives within existing constraints; and the use and application of modern technological tools including simulation modeling, GIS, RS, DB, DSS in the assessment, development, management, and planning of water resources and environment.
