Our research group is willing to join a consortium as a project partner. Our main interests are production (by submerse or solid-state fermentation), separation and purification of proteins (enzymes) at micro- and mesoscale. We have experience with classical protein purification methods such as precipitation, chromatography etc., but also with novel techniques such as green extraction methods using aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS) based on polymers and natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES). In addition, we have extensive experience in working with microtechnology (i.e., microextractors), which could serve as an excellent tool for protein purification and process intensification. Over the years, we have worked on many national and international projects, fulfilling all the tasks assigned to us.
