Looking for coordinator/partners to build up innovative projects in sustainable agriculture to ensure pre/post harvest protection and improve productivity thanks to a new eco-friendly-sustainable antimicrobial compound. Part of the project can be farmers, food processing industry, research institutes, NGO willing to cooperate in order to pursue a new direction to defeat bacterial and fungal pathogens in plants and cut down the use of traditional pesticides. Our antimicrobial compound (A.MI.CO) can be utilized in all kinds of agricultural products without causing damage to the soil or waterways/aquifers. In addition to reducing losses in the post harvest, a possible target is the increase in the shelf life of the products.
