Join consortium in AGRO-FOOD VALUE CHAIN
We, High School of Agriculture of Kef (ESAK) are interested in edible insects rearing as protein sources for humans and animals. our team is composed of young dynamic researchers from the disciplines of entomology and animal production. We aim to produce environmentally friendly new source of proteins based on insects reared with locally available resources and preserves natural resources. We are willing to join a consortium related to the topic Alternative protein sources for the Mediterranean food value chain. From production, extraction, processing and marketing, to societal acceptance. Our objective is to contribute in the development of new food products, new collaborations and business opportunities
