Expertise in the study of the health effects of alternative protein sources and nutraceuticals by agri-food waste
We are looking to join a consortium working on the topics: – 1.3.1-2022 Alternative protein sources for the Mediterranean food value chain. From production, extraction, processing and marketing, to societal acceptance – 2.3.1-2022 Enabling the transition to healthy and sustainable dietary behaviour -1.4.2-2022 Development of a Mediterranean Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystem (WEFE) Community of Practice. Our team could support a research project through our experience in the study of the anti-aging and neuroprotective activity of alternative protein sources and nutraceutical compounds obtained by agri-food waste.
