Looking for a consortium to contribute to the “Topic 1.3.1-2022 (IA) Alternative protein sources for the Mediterranean food value chain. From production, extraction, processing and marketing, to societal acceptance” and “Topic 2.3.1-2022 (RIA*) Enabling the transition to healthy and sustainable dietary behavior”, providing expertise in field experimental design for improved, environmental sounds practices and product quality of food, feed and fodder value chains and crops for alternative protein sources. Resource use efficiency, crop physiology and low-input agronomic practices as adaptive strategies to mitigate climate change effects, reduce environmental pollution/impact and provide ecosystems services.
