DESCRIPTION OF YOUR ORGANISATION:
Dr. Nas is currently a Professor in the Environmental Engineering, Konya Technical University (KTUN), Turkey.
He is the founder and CEO of Arbiotek Environmental Solutions R&D Ltd. Co at Konya Teknokent in Selcuk University, Turkey.
ARBIOTEK (www.arbiotek.com) is a technology-based consulting and engineering company that elaborate and implement projects of water reclamation and reuse.
His research efforts have been focused on water quality management, wastewater treatment plant design and operation, water reuse, removal and control of contaminants of emerging concern (CEC) in wastewaters systems.
Dr. Nas has undertaken important project called as “Reuse of Treated Wastewater in Turkey“ funded by Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. In this project all WWTPs were investigated for determining the wastewater reclamation and reuse purposes for the first time in the country.
The Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area will devise new R&I approaches to improve water availability and sustainable agriculture production in a region heavily distressed by climate change, urbanisation and population growth
The PRIMA programme is an Art.185 initiative supported and funded under Horizon 2020, the European Union’s Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.
