With my equipe, we are working on cold pressed seed oils and we obtain too much cake from different types of seeds that possess varied amounts of precious proteins. We realize all characterization of oils but we could not evaluate the cakes which are important source of proteins. They are rich also in minerals, fiber and bioactive compounds.
