DESCRIPTION OF YOUR ORGANISATION:
ECOACSA is a leading Spanish SME, located in Madrid and the Basque Country, whose mission is to advance, promote and encourage the integration of natural capital in decision-making of companies and organisations and help them in their transition towards sustainability. We support corporates and organisations to identify their impacts (direct and indirect) and dependencies from nature, as well as to map, assess and value the natural assets and ecosystem services that are relevant to them, focusing on maximizing synergies and minimizing trade-offs. With our work, we facilitate them to take more sustainable investment decisions, as well as to measure and monitor their sustainability performance, improve their legal and stakeholder´s compliance, risk management, financial relevance, social reputation and detect new business opportunities.
The Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area will devise new R&I approaches to improve water availability and sustainable agriculture production in a region heavily distressed by climate change, urbanisation and population growth
The PRIMA programme is an Art.185 initiative supported and funded under Horizon 2020, the European Union’s Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.
