Our RD department in AIJU is interested in this topic due to:
-Experts in meeting consumers´ preferences and acceptability, especially in children, adolescents, older adults, families and schools (scope of the proposal).
-Identification of socio-economic and cultural barriers.
-Consumer centre-approach for consumer -driven new product development.
-ICT experts in the development of tech-based aged adapted methodologies such as games approaches.
-Use of the games for education of new generations and families, for example, in new dietary Mediterranean patterns.
-Partners of a funded project in PRIMA AWP 2020 topic 1.3.1 and we are in charge of consumers’ analysis of preferences, acceptability, product development and new business models.

AIJU is a non-profit technological Institute located in Ibi (Spain). Our RD deparment is expert in:

Our aim in this topics (1.3.1) is to participate with our expertise describred related to consumer and citizens analysis and ICT develompents.
