On May 24th, 2019, PRIMA Foundation launched a tender to develop the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tool for managing and following up the progress of funded projects. Several organisations were invited to participate, and only two offers were submitted. Following the internal tendering evaluation procedures, and taking into consideration all technical and financial related issues, the offer submitted by ICARDA was selected.
