We are expert of about producing traditional and trade table olive . We have an advanced food laboratory (LC, GC, Spectrophotometry and microbiology). we have also sensorial analysis laboratory. Besides, we produce table olive in the our factory.

Olive Research Institute has been study about olive since 1937. Institute has third world Gene Bank in İzmir. There are almost all the varieties of the world in the gene bank.
