We are a microbiology group from Spain seeking for partners to conduct a project related to Management of Water. We have expertise in modelling microbial indicators in rivers including, viral, bacterial and protozoan, microbial source tracking markers, qPCR, next generation sequencing techniques to conduct microbiome analysis, quantitative microbial risk assessment, among others. We have worked in different european projects and with different Spanish public water agencies. We are particularly interested in modelling aquifer recharge impact although we are opened to explore other research topics.

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR ORGANISATION:
Our lab have all the equipments necessary for conducting classical microbiology work as well as molecular biology analyses . Our lab is equiped with a biosafety level 2 hood to work with selected pathogens.
