The project has the objective to develop a suitable system to be used in sterilisation processes in Agro-food industry. The work packages include: provision of samples, X and gamma ray irradiations, sample analysis (microorganism, biochemistry, dosimetry) and system/process design.

The Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area will devise new R&I approaches to improve water availability and sustainable agriculture production in a region heavily distressed by climate change, urbanisation and population growth
