Smart Insect Trap- The sensor automatically counts insects, and identifies species, sex and age. The information is wirelessly sent to a cloud server. This enables a more precise and sustainable use of pesticides, and evaluate their effectivity, thus avoiding scheduled and blind pesticide blanketing of whole areas (protection of biodiversity, soil, water, human health). The technology can be used in open field, green-houses sand warehouses where agro-food products are stored. We have experience in EU projects.
