Methods for Irrigation and Agriculture Organization
We are looking for collaboration for grant applications to promote, standardize and analytical tools in water management, wastewater reuse, and integrated waste management.
We have great experience in the design of wastewater treatment plants, wastewater treatment and reuse in agriculture, nexus, and water resources modeling.

Our Mission is to cooperate with all concerned stakeholders to create the appropriate environment for the development of the irrigation and agricultural sector to fit the local and regional reality.
MIRRA’s work is driven by the urgency and intersection of sustainable development goals, specifically SDG 6 — access to water and sanitation for all, and SDG 13 — urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR ORGANISATION:
MIRRA is a not-for-profit non-government research and development organization based in Amman, Jordan but working in various sites and locations in Jordan covering different climatic zones, cropping patterns, and water types (surface water, groundwater, treated wastewater).
Since 2007, MIRRA has been working with various stakeholders within the agriculture sector in Jordan including farmers, water user association, irrigation water providers, farmer associations, and various branches of the ministry of agriculture.
MIRRA currently works on different farms in the Jordan Valley, Jordan Highlands including Irbid, Mafraq and Azraq.
